Payment and Fees

Your payment for The Zen Speaker's Writing Retreat for your selected group may be made online here.

Attendance

Your presence and contributions are essential in making this a positive experience for all group members. We ask that you arrive on time and plan to stay for the entirety of each session day.

Additional Time

You may contact Amy if you wish to speak about a challenge you are facing or any successes you have had. Amy is available by email at amy@thezenspeaker.com during regular business hours (M-F, 8 am-5 pm PST). She is fairly accessible during the business day; however, we ask for a 24-hour window to respond to your email. If you prefer a telephone conversation, please indicate a number where you may be reached.

Challenges

If at any time you find yourself having difficulties in the coaching relationship, please let Amy know. With proper communication, we will be able to solve any issues and move forward.

Cancellation

We are happy to speak with you on the phone or via email regarding any questions you may have as there are no refunds after your payment is processed.

Confidentiality

We assure you that any information you choose to share with Amy will be kept confidential to the extent allowable by law. We will not directly or indirectly disclose your information to any third party without your express written consent. As a member of The Zen Speaker's Writing Retreat, you agree to hold in confidence any and all information that is shared within your group and will receive the same consideration in return from your fellow group members.
